I seek a senior people leadership role in a fast-growing, remote-first tech organization where I can scale HR systems, build employer brand, and drive measurable people and business outcomes.

I am a seasoned HR and people leader with nearly 15 years of experience building scalable HR, recruitment and employer-brand frameworks across the US, Europe, LATAM and Asia. I partner with C-suite teams to design HRIS, performance management, total rewards and compliance solutions that align with rapid business growth.

I have led full-lifecycle recruitment, payroll transformations, vendor negotiations and HR operations for multi-entity groups, hiring ~100 professionals globally and delivering nearly $500,000 in savings through strategic HR decisions and process redesign. I also designed company branding, launched subsidiaries, and implemented systems that enabled data-driven people decisions.
