What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic HR/Talent Partner role where I can drive end-to-end recruitment, improve processes with data, advise leadership on talent strategy, and support growth in a collaborative culture.

I am an experienced Talent Partner and HR Business Partner with a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, talent attraction, and HR advisory across EMEA. I partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals and improve recruitment outcomes.

At BEC Financial Technologies I managed the full candidate lifecycle, implemented ATS enhancements, and used recruitment metrics and market insights to inform hiring decisions. I advise hiring managers on labor law and compliance while delivering an improved candidate experience.

Previously I led IT recruitment across EMEA at ASTEK and held full-cycle recruitment responsibilities at Philips, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews in Polish and English, and running campus and employer-branding initiatives. I consistently use advanced sourcing techniques and stakeholder collaboration to attract high-caliber candidates.

I hold a Master of Arts in English Studies and a postgraduate diploma in HR Business Partnering (SGH, 2025), and I pursue continuous development such as APMG Change Management certification. I bring analytical rigor, compliance knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to support business growth through talent.
