What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design people-first strategies, coach leaders, run development programs, and align people initiatives with business goals in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

I am an HR People Partner and Corporate Coach with 5+ years in employee development and coaching, and over 10 years in leadership across international IT and e-commerce companies. I combine an MSc in Psychology with business acumen to design people strategies that align with organisational goals.

I have delivered 1000+ coaching hours, coached 100+ IT leaders and C-levels, and provided 1:1 coaching to over 50 managers and team leads, improving role confidence and decision-making. I design and facilitate workshops, training programs and strategic sessions that boost engagement, retention and leadership pipelines.
