I’m a product executive with 15+ years building and scaling hardware and consumer technology businesses from zero to $100M+ in revenue. I define product vision, stand up teams, and drive full-lifecycle execution across B2B and B2C markets, from consumer electronics and payment hardware to EdTech and workplace identification.
I’m fluent in both lean buildouts and complex global organizations—partnering closely with overseas engineering and managing multi-brand portfolios at the same time. I enjoy presenting to executive leadership, major retail partners, and platform partners such as Microsoft and Zoom, and I leverage AI tools (LLM-based research, AI-assisted PRDs, and automated competitive intelligence workflows) to accelerate product development cycles and improve output quality.
Most recently, at AVer, I led North American product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for a portfolio selling Microsoft/Zoom certified conferencing systems and classroom collaboration tools, building the domestic product and marketing organization from the ground up.
