At Weathermatic I owned end-to-end delivery in Jira and Figma, drove NPS from 10 to 53 for 4,000+ landscaping contractors, and authored the company's first Productboard/Jira roadmap that accelerated feature delivery by 40%.

Previously at Hilti I led global product relaunches across 23 markets, established an NPS baseline that moved from -12 to +25, and delivered 25+ releases including nine major features. I also built multimillion-dollar pipelines and led channel and sales initiatives across multiple companies earlier in my career.
