What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance in IT and cybersecurity, with opportunities to secure and optimize cloud platforms while applying my technical support, leadership, mentoring, and project management experience.

I'm supporting IT operations at 7-Eleven as a Technical Support Specialist, applying my background in computer information systems and IT infrastructure.

After transitioning from the U.S. Army in 2020, I built an IT foundation through a bachelor's degree in Computer Technology and cybersecurity certifications from SANS Technology Institute. I'm also pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at American Public University System.

My eight years as a U.S. Army Team Leader developed my ability to lead, mentor, train, and collaborate with diverse teams in dynamic environments. I bring disciplined project management, communication, and attention to detail to technical work.

I'm motivated to secure and optimize cloud platforms while continuing to grow in IT and cybersecurity.
