What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can own enterprise post-sales outcomes end-to-end, combine workflow automation with AI tools, and work cross-functionally to drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals—ideally with a remote-friendly EU setup.

I’m a German-speaking Customer Success Manager with 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience, owning the full post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts across DACH and international markets. I focus on onboarding, adoption, renewal, and retention—grounded in measurable customer outcomes.

At Sprinklr, I configured and managed complex workflow automation environments for Deutsche Telekom, Porsche, and Sika—driving adoption across 60+ countries and 10,000+ users from onboarding through renewal. I monitored customer health signals, ran kickoffs/QBRs/success plans, and proactively handled escalations and risk mitigation.

I bring strong AI workflow expertise to customer success: I’m a daily user of Claude and ChatGPT for workflow automation, research, and client communication, and I hold Anthropic’s Claude AI Fundamentals certification. I’ve achieved consistently high CHI scores (9+/10) and a 10/10 satisfaction score from Sika, plus 30%+ YoY upsell through consultative, outcome-driven engagement.

Earlier, I led partner success for Volvo Cars across 25+ international markets and coordinated rollouts of 70+ platform updates, supporting YoY revenue growth from ~£1.8M to ~£2.2M. Most recently, as Co-Founder at Kabisu, I built AI-assisted customer communication workflows, owned end-to-end partner/investor communication, and oversaw marketing and digital acquisition setup.
