What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my bilingual communication, retention, sales, technical support, and administrative experience to build strong client relationships and resolve concerns professionally.

I've supported Telus customers in Loyalty & Retention since 2007, reviewing accounts, resolving inquiries and complaints, and helping clients choose products, upgrades, and home services.

I provide first-level technical assistance for Telus Home Security, set up new accounts and activations, and support sales of Future Friendly services. My work combines clear communication in English and French with a calm, practical approach to customer concerns.

Previously, at Phocus Contact Solutions, I served as an initial contact for prospective members and corporate buyers, using diplomacy and creative problem-solving to create fair outcomes for customers and the company.

I've also coordinated volunteers, supported office operations, assisted with an after-school program, and supervised a fashion show at La Maison des Jeunes Côte des Neiges. I bring strong document editing and proofreading skills alongside Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Photoshop experience.
