I am looking for a full-time Remote position.

Hello! My name is Melissa and I recently relocated from Massachusetts to Manchester, New Hampshire April 2022. I am an organized and dedicated Executive Assistant with 15+ years of experience performing administrative duties, coordinating office operations, and supporting daily business activities. Experienced in human resources administration, calendar management, and acting as a point of contact for clients. I am an artist by trade, who enjoys working and collaborating with other local artists all over New England. I participate yearly in local gallery shows as recent as November and December of 2022, and have been showcasing my artwork for the last 19 years. I am a graduate of the School of the Museum OF Fine Arts and Tufts University, earning my BFA in 2010. I also earned my CNA/HHA license in 2014, assisting the most vulnerable in our community with medical and personal care. I took the skills I learned in the medical field, and gradually moved from one-on-one personal care to assisting as a Case Manager. After that, I was hired as a Business Office Specialist with a local hospice agency, where I worked behind the scenes and assisted with onboarding and scheduling all medical field staff. I worked closely with clients, field staff, and family members behind the scenes, providing empathy, kindness, and understanding during this often difficult transitional time. Transitioning from working out in the field with clients to a more collaborative office setting was an exciting opportunity to showcase my computer and phone skills, allowing me to grow professionally and continue expanding my skillset. I am an empathetic, caring, hard-working, dedicated, and independent individual who always strives for excellence and punctually above all else. I go above and beyond in all the work I do.
