I’m a motivated and adaptable professional who values strong communication, problem-solving, and working well both independently and in a team. I bring a willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

My background includes hands-on roles such as Trainee Assistant Chef and Personal Assistant, plus in-field work as a Data Capturer. Across these experiences, I built reliable work habits and learned how to support customers and teams effectively in real-world environments.

I’ve also worked in Sales and Outbound Insurance Sales, alongside work connected to a Bookkeeping program. I’m comfortable handling responsibilities that require organization, clear communication, and careful follow-through, especially when accuracy matters.

More recently, I’ve taken on Technical Support in a GlassWorks setting and worked as a Helpdesk Consultant (Hellopaisa/Hellopay), supported by roles as a Sales agent. With a Grade 12 (Matric), I’m now looking for a role where I can troubleshoot, support users, and keep developing my technical and customer service impact.
