I work closely with front-office, billing, and clinical teams to reduce claim delays and support efficient revenue-cycle workflows.

I also handle appointment confirmations, recall outreach, patient follow-ups, and clear patient communication around insurance coverage and treatment costs while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
