I am a dedicated customer support coordinator with a strong background in healthcare and logistics. My experience spans various roles, including managing patient schedules and coordinating staffing needs in fast-paced environments. I pride myself on my ability to provide exceptional service, ensuring that both customers and patients receive timely and accurate information.

Throughout my career, I have developed a knack for problem-solving and multitasking, often managing multiple software systems to track and update customer inquiries. My role at S-2 International involved not only answering calls but also dispatching freight and managing customer expectations during the delivery process. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to adapt to changing situations and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
