Established and launched an enterprise-wide change management capability, including an OCM framework and playbook. Led OCM programs and workshops, built communities of practice and toolkits, and supported IT digital transformation communications and change strategies.

Led communications and organizational change strategies for a national DocuSign rollout across 35 airports and 13 marine ports. Built multi-channel, bilingual (English/French) training and engagement, integrated change into the product lifecycle, and used surveys and readiness assessments to reduce resistance and improve adoption.

Developed integrated communications and organizational change strategies to support finance transformation, including process redesign, organizational restructuring, technology implementation, and workforce upskilling. Enabled adoption by advising senior leadership with leadership messaging tools and by migrating legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online with user-centred enablement.

Led enterprise change strategy for the global rollout of the Enablon incident management system upgrade, covering 200+ enhancements. Conducted enterprise stakeholder and change impact assessments and activated change sponsorship and agent networks to enable adoption across a workforce of 25,000+ employees and contractors.

Developed frontline change and communication strategies supporting a digital banking transformation. Designed employee testing and pilot feedback loops and delivered bilingual-ready, multi-channel communication and training to improve usability, reduce resistance, and strengthen change readiness.

Completed a Master of Arts in Professional Communication with a thesis (Honour of Distinction) on mental health conditions and their impacts on communication, shared understanding, and meaning making. Was a Governor General’s Gold Medal nominee for the School of Communication and Culture for the most outstanding thesis.
