At Algonquin College, I lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, Digital Transformation Office and strategic technology portfolio. I translate organizational and Board priorities into executable portfolios, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.

At Manitoba Public Insurance, I established the EPMO from the ground up and led a major SAP transformation across financial and asset management, supply chain and HR processes.

At Bell Canada, I established an Agile Centre of Excellence and coached 12 Senior Project Managers, Scrum Masters and managers. Across my career, I’ve established and led EPMOs, guided enterprise portfolios and supported digital, ERP and Agile transformations.
