At Poplin, I resolve advanced escalations involving missing items, damaged products, delivery disputes, and platform issues as a Tier III Concierge Specialist. I support customers across tickets, email, phone, SMS, and live chat while serving as the final escalation point before management.

Previously at Flipdish, I supported restaurant and enterprise clients across Europe, the USA, and Canada with websites, mobile applications, and POS systems.
