What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen education, enrollment, student success, or workforce-development operations where I can build scalable systems, launch initiatives, develop teams, and help students make informed career decisions.

At MedCerts, I advise prospective students on healthcare and IT certification pathways while supporting enrollment across self-pay, WIOA workforce funding, and academic partnerships. I was selected to launch the Academic Partnerships initiative and created its operational reference system, SOPs, and enrollment resources as the team expanded.

Previously, I helped launch Valley College's first Ohio campus, advancing from Admissions Representative to Campus Director in less than three years. Across nearly 20 years in education, workforce development, and online enrollment, I've built workflows, CRM processes, training resources, and student-centered advising experiences that improve consistency and help learners make informed decisions.
