I've led admissions, enrollment, and student-success operations across higher education institutions including Ultimate Medical Academy, Saint Leo University, Florida Southern College, Career Education Corporation, and Sextant Marketing.

At Saint Leo University, I led the institution to its highest Online Fall 1 enrollment in institutional history while meeting budget goals. I also partnered with Deans, Program Chairs, and academic leaders to develop new programs and course offerings.

I've managed budgets up to $2.7 million and teams of up to 24 direct reports and four indirect reports. My work spans online and ground enrollment, admissions operations, recruitment, retention, CRM optimization, marketing automation, and student lifecycle management.
