Spearheaded administrative and operational frameworks for dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, Early Middle College, and CTE academic services, supporting 1,600 students annually across 70 partner school districts. Supervised, mentored, and evaluated staff, and engineered real-time operational dashboards using Informer 5, Google Data Studio, and Target X.

Advised over 1,400 students annually on dual enrollment, Early Middle College, and CTE pathways, course selection, and academic policy. Engineered an automated CRM strategy in Target X, conducted proactive intervention for at-risk students, and co-led the Central Michigan Dual Enrollment Advisory Committee.

Managed end-to-end enrollment operations for 600 dual-enrolled students annually, serving as primary point of contact for 25 secondary school systems. Designed and executed a custom Excel database to centralize multidistrict tracking data, reducing entry errors and delivering high-accuracy visual trend mapping.

Managed filing, verification, and digital data processes, improving audit readiness and decreasing retrieval time for auditors. Managed high-volume student financial aid files, ensured accurate document verification, SAP tracking, and FERPA compliance, and supervised student work-study personnel.

Facilitated operational support for trade and vocational leadership, managing faculty contracts and advisory board logistics. Maintained course schedules, room allocations, and faculty load tracking in Ellucian Colleague, and managed departmental purchasing and expense tracking.

Greeted campus visitors, answered incoming phone inquiries, and assisted students with basic financial aid questions and portal navigation. Collected, reviewed, and logged initial student verification paperwork before officer review, and helped students complete FAFSA and federal student loan applications.

Earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Northwood University from 2012 to 2016.
