I am a detail-oriented student services professional with a Bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in admissions advising, student onboarding, academic recordkeeping, and client support. My background has equipped me with the skills to manage academic data effectively and support student lifecycle processes. I have a proven track record of training peers and providing excellent customer service in both remote and cross-functional environments.

Throughout my career, I have served as a central contact for students, managing their enrollment and academic progress. My role as an Education Mentor at The Medical Institute of Kentucky allowed me to utilize CRM and LMS tools to track student data and provide technical support. I take pride in my ability to create and distribute essential academic materials, such as transcripts and graduation clearance documents, while also delivering job readiness coaching to help students succeed in their careers.

My experience as an Admissions Advisor at MedQuest College further honed my skills in advising and supporting students through the enrollment process. I collaborated with academic and administrative teams to enhance student retention and ensure data accuracy across various systems. I am passionate about fostering a supportive educational environment and am committed to helping students achieve their goals.
