What I'm looking for

I’m seeking Director, Senior Director, or comparable leadership opportunities in higher education, education technology, consulting, educational partnerships, enrollment strategy, student success, client success, implementation, workforce pathways, or higher-education-adjacent organizations.

At North Carolina A&T State University’s School of Nursing, I lead enrollment, student services, recruitment, admissions, advising, retention, communications, and educational partnerships across traditional, accelerated, online, and graduate programs.

I’ve developed strategies that increased RN-to-BSN enrollment by 86%, brought Traditional Entry enrollment up 117% to capacity, and grew RIBN enrollment by 42%. I also support programs achieving approximately 94% Accelerated BSN graduation, a 91% three-year NCLEX pass-rate average, and 100% graduate job placement.

I build pathways with community colleges and organizations including StraighterLine, Coursera, and Portage Learning, and I manage cross-functional initiatives from concept through assessment. I use enrollment and outcome data, CRM and enrollment technology, and clear communications to improve access, progression, and operational results.

I bring a doctoral foundation in higher education administration alongside experience teaching English and facilitating online communications for adult learners. I enjoy translating complex institutional challenges into practical strategies, developing teams, and creating stronger student experiences.
