What I'm looking for

I seek a supervisory valuation role where I can apply field assessment expertise, lead and mentor teams, work within an organized, safety-conscious culture, and continue professional development.

I am an experienced Field Assessor with over three years in valuation work at the Ministry of Finance, Valuation Division, complemented by roles in procurement and administration. I combine hands-on parcel and property inspections with accurate data collection, record keeping and building cost assessment against established indices.

I have supported procurement processes, coordinated safety and training programs, and prepared payroll and administrative reports, demonstrating reliability, organization and adherence to EHS practices. I hold formal training in valuation field assessment, human resource management, OSHA 30, and advanced computer literacy.

I am dedicated, enthusiastic about mentoring and team collaboration, and consistently meet deadlines while improving processes. I seek to bring my inspection, valuation and administrative strengths to a Field Assessor Supervisor role where I can contribute leadership and continue professional growth.
