What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can resolve service and billing issues, retain customers, support sales goals, and use my experience in high-volume calls, email support, and collections.

I've supported customers across Wide Open West, Viagogo-StubHub, Equifax, and Williams & Fudge through sales, retention, billing, ticketing, credit-report, and collections conversations.

At Wide Open West, I helped customers resolve internet, cable, and phone service issues while offering better service options and using probing questions to understand their needs. At Viagogo-StubHub, I handled buyer and seller emails and calls related to e-tickets, shipments, resales, and payments.

I've also guided Equifax customers on credit reports, mortgage-related concerns, and identity-theft protection plans, and collected education, health profession, car, and private education loan receivables at Williams & Fudge.
