What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role with a small, fast-moving team, direct access to founders, and the opportunity to influence revenue, product, and execution. I work best with structured systems, measurable results, fast feedback loops, and minimal bureaucracy.

At Stacy Trotskaya, I build and operate significant parts of a creator-led education and music business, connecting content, digital products, paid acquisition, and business operations. The business reached approximately $14K in peak monthly revenue.

I designed the core Instagram growth strategy and grew the main account from approximately 1.2K to 7.5K followers in about six months, primarily organically. I also built English-language audiences on TikTok and YouTube from zero to approximately 17K followers and 2K subscribers, respectively.

Before this, I spent more than 15 years in corporate and entrepreneurial work, including operations and analytics at PJSC Transneft. There, I helped reduce selected contract approval cycles from approximately 2–3 weeks to 2–3 days through cross-functional coordination.
