What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve operational systems where process design, automation, data quality, and human decision-making need to work together. I value clear ownership, practical implementation, documented requirements, and opportunities to turn manual workflows into reliable systems.

I'm designing RecruiterOS and Greenhouse operating models for a U.S.-based healthcare managed service provider, turning recruiting coordination into structured, auditable workflows across Greenhouse, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Python, and APIs. I've built candidate-artifact automation, processed 4,479 historical resume files for migration, and defined implementation controls for data integrity, failure handling, and human approval.

Previously, I founded Digissential, providing remote IT support across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, networking, and business applications. I work best where operations, systems, automation, data, and AI meet—mapping ambiguous processes into practical technical requirements and reliable systems.
