What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can improve HR or business systems, build clear workflows and documentation, support distributed teams, and keep operational data accurate and actionable.

At a US mobile dental practice, I administer HR systems for approximately 110 employees across multiple locations, improving data accuracy, reporting, credentialing tracking, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance documentation.

I've built SOPs, dashboards, compliance binders, a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, and digital SharePoint records from scratch. I also co-manage operations, budgets, customer coordination, and marketing for an upholstery business.
