What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time insurance role where I can drive Medicare and ACA sales, deliver needs-based coverage reviews, and build trusted client relationships through strong customer service and consistent follow-through.

I’m a Licensed Insurance Agent with experience selling ACA and Medicare products, including full-time work contracted with a Medicare department. I focus on needs-based selling and coverage reviews that help clients make confident decisions.

In my most recent role, I provided exceptional customer service to Medicare-eligible retired individuals, covering Medical/Rx and Dental, Vision, and Hearing. I also partnered with Alight Retiree Health Exchange through Alight Retiree Health Exchange to support clients’ retiree needs.

Before insurance, I built a healthcare foundation as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medication Aide, including patient monitoring and medication support. That background strengthens my communication, organization, and patient-focused approach in every customer interaction.
