I’m a Licensed Insurance Professional with experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, regulatory compliance, documentation review, and customer account management in high-volume environments. I analyze account information, resolve complex coverage-related issues, and keep records accurate to support operational efficiency.

In my current role as a Licensed Insurance Agent, I review and process insurance-related account requests while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. I provide policy-related support, communicate policy information and account updates clearly, and maintain detailed documentation across internal systems.

Previously, I worked as an Insurance Verification Specialist, verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and coverage information before services. I reviewed documentation for accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and coordinated resolutions when discrepancies appeared, while updating records within EMR systems.

I also bring customer service and healthcare experience—from managing high-volume inquiries in a CRM environment to working as a Certified Nursing Assistant where I maintained accurate patient documentation and followed infection control and safety procedures. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a strong interest in underwriting and insurance operations.
