What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Medicare insurance sales, guide clients through enrollment, and apply my compliance expertise—while collaborating with training and customer support teams to improve outcomes.

I’m a licensed healthcare insurance agent with hands-on experience in Medicare sales and client enrollment. Since 2022, I’ve conducted comprehensive Medicare insurance sales calls daily over the phone, helping clients understand options and identify plans aligned with their needs.

In addition to selling, I support clients through enrollment by ensuring applications are filled out accurately and efficiently for a smooth transition. I stay current on CMS rules and regulations so I can maintain compliance across every sales and enrollment activity.

I’ve also served as a Seasonal Trainer, successfully completing trainer certification (including Aetna training certification) and helping coordinate agent certifications for “Ready To Sell (RTS)” status. I deliver training materials, enforce policies and classroom expectations, evaluate and coach learners, and maintain daily training records to support quality outcomes.
