At Advocate Health Advisors, I assist clients with Medicare Advantage, prescription drug, supplement, dental, vision, and long-term care plans. I ensure policies align with client requirements and satisfaction.

At Blue Cross Forward/Elevance, I managed and analyzed Blue Cross Blue Shield plans across 14 states, calculated premiums and payment methods, and customized coverage packages. Previously, at Devoted Health and Humana, I guided clients through Medicare enrollment and built trust through community outreach, events, and in-home visits.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish and bring strong sales production, client retention, compliance, and team leadership experience. My work has earned recognition including Humana's Rising Star Rookie of the Year and Top Self-Generated Lead Sales recipient.
