I founded and built Import.me from the ground up, growing it into a multi-country international e-commerce operation. I own its business strategy and P&L, including import/export operations, customs coordination, and cross-border logistics.
At Import.me, I lead an international team and drive sales through digital marketing, social media, and direct-to-consumer channels. I also manage supplier relationships and negotiate import terms across several countries.
At Matcha Cafe Maiko, I lead and train shift teams, manage inventory and ordering, and make on-shift operational decisions. Earlier, at Walmart.com, I analyzed purchasing and sales data and built reporting to inform purchasing decisions and vendor relations.
