What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply people analytics, behavioral science, and data tools to workforce, learning, and organizational capability decisions in a human-centered, ethical environment.

I'm a Colombian psychologist who fell in love with data — today I work as a Knowledge Management Analyst at Tuya S.A. in Medellín, where I get to design skills taxonomies, build Power BI dashboards, and lead an internal Analytics Community. I'm also finishing my M.Sc. in Data Science, working on a thesis about predicting university dropout with machine learning and AI. Before this, I spent years leading workforce development programs across Latin America, helping people build real career paths with organizations like Laboratoria and USAID-funded initiatives. What I love most is connecting the dots between psychology and data — using one to ask better questions about people, and the other to actually answer them. I'm now looking for my next challenge in People Analytics or Talent Intelligence, ideally somewhere international or remote, where I can keep blending both worlds to help organizations make smarter, more human decisions.
