I've supported recruitment, onboarding, organizational communication, and community-based initiatives through psychology-informed approaches.

At ACOOC, I executed recruitment and selection processes, conducted interviews and competency assessments, and supported candidates throughout onboarding in social intervention contexts. I also designed adaptable assessment tools and communication strategies to strengthen community engagement and team dynamics.

With the Suyusama Foundation, I collaborated on Pasto's Public Policy for Agroecology, coordinating workshops and dialogue spaces with rural communities to incorporate local knowledge into policy and program development.

I've also worked across clinical, organizational, customer service, and sales settings. At Teleperformance, I was promoted from bilingual Customer Service Representative to Sales Representative and was recognized as Colombia's top seller for two consecutive months.
