At Seguros del Estado, I partner with HR and Operations leaders to turn employee and performance data into actionable recommendations for productivity, engagement, capacity planning, and decision-making.

I build Power BI executive dashboards using data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and RLS, while developing job evaluation and role clustering models that support training, organizational design, and retention programs. I also automate HR and Finance workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps and lead data governance practices around business rules, playbooks, and metric traceability.

Previously at Yara Latin America, I worked with multicultural LATAM stakeholders on operational dashboards, executive reporting, root-cause analysis, and RPA deployment. My data-driven controls improved client perception by 23% year over year and reduced process errors by 31%.

I'm continuing my Master in Data Science while bringing an Industrial Engineering foundation and hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL Server, analytics, and continuous improvement.
