I am a Psychologist and I’m interested in learning about the development and improvement of organizations, as well as the well-being and growth of employees. I stand out for my strong teamwork, effective communication, and adaptability to change, and I seek to develop professionally in organizational development and applied research.

As an Intern at Matrix Consulting, I supported research topics relevant to the organization such as mental health, leadership, organizational climate, mentoring, and job descriptors. I monitored triweekly surveys to measure consulting teams, supported report preparation, and helped with organizational climate management, materials preparation, and results management, including coordination for important events.

In Human Resources/People & Culture experiences, I updated databases, supported recruitment and selection through interviews, and contributed to updating performance evaluation formats. I also supported employer branding and transformational leadership planning, developed workshop delivery for residents and older adults, and built my analytical toolkit through intermediate Excel and fundamentals of Power BI.
