I’m a banking operations and transaction professional, currently serving as a Non-financial Transaction Officer (NFTO) at First Bank of Nigeria PLC. I support daily branch operations by handling customer requests, documentation, and service inquiries while maintaining strict KYC compliance.

In my previous Operations and Front Desk roles at Bank of Industry Limited, I prepared risk assessment and weekly debt collection reports, supported loan repayment/recovery activities, and contributed to internal memorandums and meeting minutes. I also produced credit appraisal reports for micro credits, conducted project visitation and spot checks, and helped ensure effective project monitoring through structured documentation.

I bring a B.Sc. (Hons) Economics background and a strong analytical mindset, supported by a certificate in data processing and troubleshooting from Santa Monica Investment LTD. I aim to keep improving how I work—accurately, responsibly, and with a customer-first approach—so I can deliver measurable value through compliant service, clear reporting, and reliable execution.
