I seek a senior HR/people-lead role where I align talent strategy with business goals, lead teams, drive training, and implement data-driven HR programs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am a senior HR leader with broad experience in full life-cycle recruiting, HR relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits across diverse industries. I bring a pragmatic, data-informed approach to solving complex organizational problems.
