I’m looking for a people-partner role where I can build scalable HR systems—global hiring, performance frameworks, and compensation/employee relations—using workforce data and clear change execution to improve engagement and retention.

I’m a strategic HR and People Partner with over a decade of experience building and scaling people functions across fast-growing, evolving organizations. I bring a system-driven approach to aligning people strategy with business priorities, from hiring and performance to organizational design.

At PeepalDesign, I built and scaled end-to-end recruiting for global UX roles, negotiated competitive offers, and strengthened inclusive hiring practices. I integrated global talent acquisition post-acquisition, established people policies consolidated into an employee handbook, and introduced an HRIS/HRMS to streamline payroll, onboarding, off-boarding, and compliance readiness.

I’m known for embedding cultural values into daily HR practices—strengthening succession planning, employee engagement, and learning systems. I also lead performance frameworks, manage compensation and benefits with pay benchmarking, and formalize employee relations governance with clear reporting, redressal, and escalation mechanisms, backed by disciplined compliance and steady change delivery.
