What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused SaaS role where I can onboard and train clients, simplify complex systems, build strong relationships, and help improve products and processes through customer feedback.

I've supported customer and partner relationships at Nagging Panda, a FinTech/SaaS company, through onboarding, product demonstrations, system walkthroughs, and training content.

I work directly with clients to simplify technology, help them adopt software confidently, and ensure they receive real value from the products and services they use. I also gather customer feedback, share insights internally, and work with the founder on strategy and process improvements.

Previously, I managed accounts and team activities at LynkSA, supporting Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks clients, procurement, cross-border purchasing, and supplier relationships. At Kensington Electrical, I assisted external representatives with administration, quoting, deals, client queries, and supplier communication.
