I'm looking for opportunities in customer experience, business operations, or administration where I can support teams, build strong customer relationships, develop professionally, and contribute through organized, detail-oriented work.

I've supported business operations, customer engagement, and administrative coordination across BIGKOKO, Girls Space, and AC Group.

At BIGKOKO, I managed executive schedules, company records, client and staff communication, and social media content. I also responded to customer inquiries, monitored engagement metrics, and prepared performance reports to support brand-awareness efforts.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk and Insurance at Mount Kenya University, and I bring a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach to every role.
