What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dynamic organization where I can contribute leadership, client-service, coordination, and IT-related skills while continuing to grow in software engineering.

I've delivered guest services that increased customer satisfaction scores by 30% while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

I coordinate employees, manage IT tools, and handle administrative tasks to help project teams work more efficiently. I bring strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to deadline-driven work.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Engineering at Kigali Independence University (ULK), with an expected completion period of 2025–2029.

As a Community Outreach Volunteer with Red Cross Rwanda, I assist health-awareness campaigns. I’m also fluent in English, speak intermediate French, and am a native Kinyarwanda speaker.
