What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role in a fast-paced environment where I can handle billing and technical issues, communicate clearly, and grow professionally. I want opportunities to support customers confidently and learn new systems and processes.

I’m a BSBA-BPO graduate with experience in Administrative Support and Customer Service, and I bring a steady, customer-first approach to every interaction. I’ve handled billing concerns, technical support, account inquiries, service issues, and customer escalations in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Representative–Tech Support at Sutherland Global Services (2025–2026), I resolved technical issues related to email, phones, computers, and internet connectivity. I also handled billing inquiries, explained charges, and assisted with payment concerns, while scheduling service appointments and promoting additional services based on customer needs.

Earlier, I completed an Administrative Support Intern role at NIA-UPRIIS Division IV (2025), where I supported data encoding of employees information, filing and organizing documents, and updating records. That experience strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and consistency in handling important work.

I’m skilled in customer communication, problem-solving, email handling, CRM navigation, and multitasking. I’m adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn and grow professionally—especially in roles where I can help customers quickly and accurately while improving service outcomes.
