What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my customer support and troubleshooting skills to solve technical and billing issues, coordinate referrals when needed, and keep growing—learning the latest tools and software while delivering patient-focused service.

I’m a Customer Support Representative with over 2 years of experience helping customers with technical issues, billing concerns, and subscription management, and I’m currently a first-year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of Cebu.

In my roles with Sutherland Global and Receivable Solutions, LLC (RSI RCM), I responded to computer hardware, software, or network issues with step-by-step troubleshooting, and I supported Disney+ and Hulu account needs like cancellation, switching products, and updating email addresses. I’ve also earned HIPAA Certification and completed Rev Cycle Training.

I’m very keen on details and good at analyzing and problem solving, which helps me manage misrouted cases and guide people to the right next steps. I’m optimistic, adapt quickly to new environments, and I’m eager to learn new skills and explore myself more—starting with the latest tools and software products.
