I’m looking to lead full-funnel growth where SEO, performance marketing, and AI search optimization power a predictable pipeline. I thrive applying EOS for operational excellence and scaling teams, budgets, and GTM execution to accelerate revenue.

I’m a Founder-turned-CMO with 15+ years building revenue engines for marketplace, e-commerce, and technology companies. I combine brand strategy, performance marketing, go-to-market strategy, and SEO with AI search optimization (GEO) to drive scalable, efficient growth.

As CMO of Virtual Latinos, I built the full-funnel demand generation engine—producing 89% of qualified pipeline and 50% of company revenue—and doubled ARR in 2.5 years. I also improved MQL-to-SQL conversion from 45% to 69% through funnel optimization, data-driven targeting, and tighter alignment across paid and SEO.

I’ve led marketplace acquisition strategies that attract both buyers and sellers, including launching outbound channels generating 1,500+ weekly applications at <$1 per applicant. Earlier, I co-founded YaEsta.com, driving revenue from $0 to $2M and raising $3.5M in venture capital before an acquisition by UPS and Grupo LAAR.

I operate with EOS to deliver operational excellence, leading L10 meetings, setting and tracking Rocks, and using get it/want it/capacity-to-do-it to maintain accountability. I’m also hands-on across marketing execution, from conversion optimization and marketing analytics to marketing technology systems and team building.
