At Affirm, I lead People Operations for the Spain site and serve as HRBP for Spain, the UK, and Poland. I built a Python and Streamlit application to track and automate Spain onboarding, with AI-triggered tasks and real-time stage visibility.
I also built an EMEA All Hands application that coordinates contributors, sends Slack reminders, generates new joiner slides from Workday data, and supports post-event follow-up. I created and maintain a bilingual SOP Hub in Notion, and I'm leading a cross-functional project to automate Workday-to-EY data flows for Spain new joiners.
Previously, at Lengow, I created the company’s equality plan and harmonised HR processes following its acquisition of Netrivals. At Whitespectre, I developed career paths and learning journeys for employees across 22 countries and redesigned the recruiting pipeline, increasing candidate satisfaction by 10%.
