I’m a results-driven HR Business Partner with over 4 years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent management, and HRIS implementation in international, fast-paced environments. I partner with senior leadership across multiple business units to deliver the full employee lifecycle—from workforce and succession planning to performance management and employee relations.
I’ve led end-to-end HRIS implementation of Sage People, from system design through training and adoption, improving data accuracy and HR process efficiency. I also maintain HR data integrity across systems, including employee records, absence management, performance, and development data.
