I’m looking to partner with leadership to build scalable people strategies—turning complex employee relations and compliance into measurable business outcomes, while designing talent systems, dashboards, and change programs teams adopt.

I’m a People Business Partner with 8+ years building the HR function as a true business driver in multinational EMEA environments. I’m equally comfortable leading strategic conversations with C-Suite stakeholders and resolving complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions.

At Indicia Worldwide, I served as a strategic HRBP for 350+ employees across 23 EMEA countries, coaching leaders on people-impacting business decisions. I led organisational restructurings with 35+ termination and dismissal processes—none resulted in legal dispute—generating over €40,000 in cumulative savings, and I delivered outcomes on sensitive harassment cases without litigation.

I progressed from HR Operations Specialist / Senior to HR Generalist & senior operations at Groupon, covering employee lifecycle management, contracts, HRIS and compliance across Spain, Italy, UK, Ireland, and UAE. I also handled higher-complexity employee relations as main contact for Spain and Italy, including liaison with trade union representatives and works councils in Spain.

Most recently, I’ve built and improved People functions end-to-end. As HR Manager for Western Europe, I led legal entity and office opening in Italy and transformed tour guide hiring in Spain to fixed-discontinuous contracts; as Head of People & Culture at Japonal, I built the People function from scratch in 46 days—raising document compliance from 72% to 100%, implementing a Talent Management System, creating job architecture with compensation planning, launching a People Dashboard, rolling out Bizneo ATS, and designing recruitment and engagement improvements.
