I’m looking to lead HR strategy at a senior level—driving organizational development, change management, engagement, and strong HR systems that build capacity and improve performance across teams and stakeholders.

I’m a Senior Human Resources Director with over 18 years of progressive experience across hospitality, agriculture, government, and international development. I align HR strategy to business goals, build high-performing teams, and drive engagement through practical HR systems, policies, and measurable performance management.

I’ve led organizational development, capacity building, and change management—developing training programs, onboarding and retention strategies, and compliance frameworks. From pre-opening hospitality HR programs to government and development HR leadership, I’ve recruited and onboarded teams, implemented employee engagement initiatives, and delivered strong results in logistics, administration, and procurement.
