I'm the Employee Relations Specialist at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach & Spa Resort, serving as the onsite People Business Partner across multiple departments. I lead workplace investigations, grievance procedures, leadership training, and employee relations matters with a focus on fairness and Jamaican labour-law compliance.

I modernized case tracking from paper records to a centralized digital matrix and coached 15+ department managers on Jamaican labour standards. I've also resolved more than 20 confidential workplace investigations and work directly with the Ministry of Labour and external legal counsel on employment and industrial relations matters.

Previously, at Caribbean HR Solutions, I partnered with U.S.-based operational leaders supporting a 75–100 employee organization, hired and onboarded 60+ service professionals, supported ADP Workforce Now, and used workforce data to inform HR decisions. I bring experience across workforce planning, performance management, payroll coordination, benefits, leave administration, policy development, and organizational change.
