I seek an HR role focused on recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations in a collaborative, growth-oriented company that values compliance, learning, and diverse talent development.

I am a human resource professional experienced in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent across fast-paced organizations. I build strong relationships with employees at all levels while ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering high-quality results.

As an HR Specialist and former HR Trainee, I coordinate and execute employee programmes, prepare and monitor HR documents such as employment contracts and health and safety records, and support HR operations including PO system oversight and vendor payment processes. I have supported recruitment, maintained employee records, assisted with CIPS and FSC registration preparation, and produced income and expenditure reports used in audits.

I am quick to embrace changing priorities and deliver accurate results with meticulous attention to detail. I am passionate about building engaged, diverse teams and contributing to learning & development and employee relations initiatives.
