I've led human resources, operations and organizational development at Mr. Rehab Rehabilitation Centre Limited since 2014, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes and personnel administration.
I develop HR policies, contracts, SOPs and employee handbooks, while supporting payroll coordination, performance appraisals, staff training, succession planning, budgeting and board reporting.
Alongside HR leadership, I teach City & Guilds Mathematics and English at HEART/NSTA Trust and create lesson plans, assessments and learner support materials for competency-based learning.
My teaching background spans secondary, tertiary and vocational education, including business courses and strong learner outcomes in Accounts, Customer Service, Mathematics and Business Skills. I hold an MBA in International Business, a BSc in Management Studies (Marketing), and an IVQ Teaching Training and Assessing Diploma.
